Assalamualaikum saya izin bertanya bagaimana hukum mengalokasikan uang kas masjid untuk pembangunan madrasah
Kotak amal yang seharusnya diperuntukan untuk merenopasi masjid dan kemaslahatan masjid .tapi dikarnakan keadaan madrasah yang sudah tidak layak sehingga dengan berat hati menggunakan uang kotak amal tersebut

- 1 bagaimana hukumnya menggunakan uang tersebut
- 2 bagaiman solusinya ketika uang tersebut sudah terlanjur terpakai
- 3 apa tindakan Masyarakat ketika ada keputusan seperti itu

- Mal ‘Imarah
- Mal Maslahah
- Mal Muthlaq
Pengalokasiannya
- Mal ‘Imarah hanya untuk pembangunan Masjid
- Mal mashalih dan mutlaq: untuk kemaslahatan masjid secara umum.
Nadzir wajib menjaga dan mengalokasikan mal kepada semestinya
Dengan begitu:
- Uang tersebut sama sekali tidak boleh digunakan untuk selain keperluan masjid
- Jika terlanjur digunakan wajib diganti
- Nadzir wajib mengalokasikan harta kepada semestinya. Jika belum ada nadzir, maka shulahau’l-qaum (tokoh masyarakat) harus mengangkat menunjuk seseorang menjadi nadzir.
