Ada sebuah realita shalat Jumat dikalangan masyarakat yang membuat bingung bagi kalangan orang awam, yaitu mengulangi shalat Jum’at dengan shalat Dzuhur. Bagaimana fiqh menyikapi hal ini tentang hukum I’adah (mengulangi lagi) shalat Jumat dengan shalat Dzuhur, karena orang yang berjumat kurang dari 40 orang yang sempurna.?
Dalam I’anatut Thalibin 2/58 dan al-Wus’ah wal Ifadah hlm 8:
ونص فتح المعين : وقد أجاز جمع من العلماء أن يصلوا الجمعة أي إذا لم يبلغ عددهم أربعين وهو قوي فإذا قلدوا أي جميعهم من قال هذه المقالة فإنه يصلون الجمعة وإن أحطوا فصلوا الجمعة ثم الظهر كان حسنا (إعانة الطالبين في شرط صحة الجمعة. ج2,ص58)
“Dijelaskan bahwa sejumlah ulama’ berpendapat boleh melaksanakan Jum’at bagi jama’ah yang jumlahnya kurang dari 40 orang, ini pendapat yang kuat. Jika mereka secara keseluruhan mengikuti pendapat ini maka mereka boleh melaksanakan shalat Jum’at. Namun jika mereka bersikap hati-hati maka sebaiknya melaksanakan shalat jumat kemudian shalat dzuhur”.
Dan didalam kitab al-Mus’ah wal Ifadahnya, jika hal tersebut sudah menjadi keputusan maka aku berpendapat, sesungguhnya kesimpulan Imam Syaf’I tentang bilangan jamaah yang menjadikan sah shalat jum’at ada empat pendapat. Empat puluh orang, ini pendapat yang kuat bedasarkan qaul jadid, dan tiga pendapat yang lain lemah; 1. Empat orang, termasuk imamnya, 2. Tiga orang, termasuk imamnya, 3. Dua belas orang, termasuk imamnya.
Kesimpulannya, Masing-masing pendapat tersebut disertai dengan berbagai persyaratan sebagaimana yang telah disebutkan, jika sudah dimaklumi, maka bagi setiap orang yang berakal dan mencari pahala yang ada di sisi Allah Swt, maka ia tidak boleh meninggalkan shalat Jumat selama masih memungkinkan untuk melaksanakannya sesuai dengan berbagai pilihan pendapat tersebut. Namun jika tidak mengetahui adanya berbagai persyaratan Jumat sebagaimana pendapat qaul jadid yang pertama, maka di sunnahkan untuk mengulang shalat Dzuhur (di samping shalat Jum’at) sebagai tindakan berhati-hati.
